Drop Baby Drop: The Free Pop-Up Shop

Community_Loving-Flyer_IG_p.png

Drop Baby Drop is a free outdoor pop-up shop & wellness event where families can receive the resources they need without worrying about how much anything costs. Along with tangible resources, their kids can participate in fun, educational, and enriching workshops.

With prices rising on EVERY THING, evictions, and Covid getting worse, it's even harder to make ends meet. We want to ensure that those who are struggling can receive what they need at absolutely no cost and with no judgement. We will also be offering free manicures, haircuts, and massages. Kids can also participate in fun and educational workshops like yoga, music, art, gardening, and soccer!

This is a space for children and their parents to feel special, loved, and pampered even when they feel they are at their lowest. Low-income and marginalized families deserve to do more than survive. This event instead allows them to have fun and create memories with their families and their community.

Registration is now open! Register online to attend Drop Baby Drop: The Free Pop-Up Shop!

Drop Baby Drop

Drop Baby Drop: The Kid’s Pop-Up Shop

We continue to acknowledge how hard life has been lately and the large impact Covid-19 has had on struggling families, especially on low-income hard-working parents. Parents have gone through so much to make sure their families are taken care of even under these tough circumstances. Parents deserve a break, so we’re here to help. This is why we hosted our first-ever outdoor pop-up store, to help make life just a little bit easier.

On Aprill 11, 2021, at Alondra Park in Lawndale, Ca we gave away kid’s clothes, shoes, baby essentials, and warm lunch and refreshments all for FREE! Free haircuts and manicures were also be provided! There was also a MINI FARMER’S MARKET filled with fresh produce provided by Harbor City Food Pantry!

It was open to all low-income parents and their children in the South Bay. No qualifications or registrations needed.
